Returns & Exchanges
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you have purchased an item from Mitchells Adventure and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Upon assessment, Mitchells will offer a full refund, repair
on most items purchased online. You must provide us with your Mitchells Adventure receipt, Online Tax invoice or proof of purchase via Credit Card or Bank Statements. Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.
Mitchells stands behind the quality of our merchandise and is dedicated to providing high-quality goods and services for our clients. If you are not happy with your online order for any reason, then do not hesitate to contact us so that we can endeavour to correct the situation.
Mitchells will accept the exchange of any unworn or un-used goods as long as they are in original condition and still have their tags, however, please contact us first so that we can determine the best remedy.
Contact us first on (03) 9314 3666 (weekdays 9am - 4pm) to discuss your reason for return and your preferred remedy i.e. whether you would like a bigger/smaller size, different colour etc. Where possible we will provide you with the requested exchange, but if out of stock we will provide you with a store credit.
Unfortunately if you need to return any items, the postage costs on these returns will be borne by you and shipping and handling costs on returns are non-refundable (where goods are
satisfactory condition and meet descriptions/standards stated). Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack any returned items carefully to ensure they arrive safely.
If you receive damaged goods (damaged in transit or otherwise) then we will provide replacement goods at our discretion provided you contact us about the problem within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Damaged or faulty goods may need to be returned to us,
however please contact us first so that we can determine the best remedy.
Genuine Ex Army Products:
ex army products are sold "as is". If purchased in store no returns or exchanges are offered. When purchased online you may request a refund within 5 days of receipt. All items will need to be returned "Postage Paid" and received back by us before a refund will be issued. Please choose carefully when purchasing genuine
ex army goods.
