Marked on base H60 Mk1, STC, J12s/1045
Most Dated: 1950'S
Used to store 8 Cartridges marked as electronic engine starters.
Very heavy duty and thick steel 12kg (would be great to convert into a fire pit!)
Unique locking mechanism on lid, twist lock and 4 wing nuts to stop it from opening.
Second 'shelf' inside, I presume this was used to hold the cartridges in place.

Large handles on either side
Tabs on top corners for easy stacking
Colour: brown
Certified by the Department of Defence as "EMPTY"
