The SORD D/A HK 417 is a double-stack magazine pouch designed for carrying HK 417 magazines in tactical load-bearing equipment. Its open-top design provides quick access, while the elastic side panels help retain magazines securely without the need for hook-and-loop closures or buckles. This design supports quieter equipment handling when noise discipline is important.
Constructed from lightweight 1000 Denier Cordura nylon, the pouch is suited to demanding field environments. A flexible retention cord with a pull tab allows magazines to be accessed quickly, while the front MOLLE/PALS panel provides additional attachment space for compatible smaller pouches and accessories. A bottom opening allows water to drain, making the pouch suitable for equipment setups where drainage is required.
