"These pouches saw action!" The pouch was used for carrying either a field dressing or a lensatic compass and has a single ALICE slide keeper on the back that is used to attach it to either a pistol belt or the web keeper on top of the padded portion of the M1956 suspenders. Great collectible or use it to hold a survival kit.
