The Pelican BXG2450 Storm Case iM2450 is a rugged equipment case originally manufactured for demanding applications and now available as Australian Defence Force military surplus. The case shown is the Pelican iM2450 Storm Case, identified by the moulded markings in the supplied photographs. It provides a substantial enclosed storage space for equipment that needs protection from water, dust, impact and rough handling.
The iM2450 uses Pelican's HPX® high-performance resin construction and features automatic-locking Press & Pull™ latches, a pressure-equalising Vortex™ valve and a durable soft-grip handle. When new the Storm Case was watertight, crushproof and dustproof, with an IP67 certification.
As military surplus, individual cases will show varying degrees of previous service use, including scratches, scuffs, worn markings and adhesive or label residue.
