Warranty
If a defect is deemed to have been caused by a manufacturing fault, the defective product will be replaced free of charge with a similar product or one of equal value if the original product is no longer available.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use
- Consequential damage is expressly excluded from the warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Zippo will, at its discretion, repair or replace at no charge, unsatisfactory products.
The benefits to the consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.
