BACK COUNTRY CUISINE Freeze Dried Chicken Dices is a lightweight chicken ingredient designed to add protein to pasta, rice and other outdoor meals. The current manufacturer formulation uses minced chicken with salt and pea fibre, providing a convenient way to carry chicken in a compact freeze-dried format.

The 90 g pouch provides three 92.7 g prepared servings. Preparation requires 188 ml of boiling water and 10–15 minutes of rehydration, after which the chicken can be incorporated into other dishes. Its compact format makes it practical for camping, hiking and other trips where fresh meat is inconvenient to carry.
