Code:CI0026

The OUTBOUND 9" Square Griddle combines the heat retention of cast iron with a ridged cooking surface designed for grilling meat, vegetables and other camp meals. The raised cooking ridges lift food above the base of the pan, allowing excess fat and cooking moisture to drain into the channels while creating distinctive grill marks on the food. This can also help reduce direct contact between food and rendered fat during cooking.

Cast iron retains heat well, helping maintain a consistent cooking temperature once the griddle is properly heated. The ridged surface provides a useful alternative to a flat pan when you want grilled texture and browning rather than simply frying. A wooden and stainless steel handle provides a practical grip, while the removable handle makes the griddle easier to pack and store.
