Harley-Davidson has officially banned the use of the battle flag on its products and by its licensed dealers as of 2015. The company stated that while very few, short-term exceptions were made in the past where the flag appeared in designs with the brand, their longstanding modern approach is that the flag may not be used by the company or its licensees.
