Keep down-filled clothing and sleeping bags clean, water-repellent and performing as intended with the NIKWAX NW191 Twin Pack. This two-part care system combines Down Wash with Down Proof, providing a complete wash-and-proof treatment for regular and hydrophobic down-filled gear.
Down Wash is formulated specifically for down, removing dirt and residues while helping maintain the insulation, breathability and existing water repellency of the fill. Once the item has been cleaned, Down Proof can be used in a separate wash cycle to restore Durable Water Repellency (DWR) to both the outer fabric and down fill. This helps reduce water absorption and supports the insulating performance of down in cold and damp conditions.
The twin pack contains 300 ml of Down Wash and 300 ml of Down Proof, with both products designed for machine or hand application as appropriate for the item being treated. It is suitable for down jackets, sleeping bags and other down-filled clothing and equipment.
