The SORD Kizlyar Knife Sheath is an external sheath sleeve designed for Kizlyar knives, originally developed for the Falcon and Phoenix series. It provides a secure way to integrate compatible Kizlyar knife sheaths into a MOLLE load-carrying system, making it suitable for tactical, military and field equipment setups.
The sheath uses an elastic section beneath the upper fastener to help keep the knife securely positioned during movement, while a press-stud closure around the handle provides additional retention. The front incorporates a 3-row by 2-column MOLLE/PALS field, providing space for attaching compatible smaller accessories such as a multi-tool or folding knife pouch.
Some modification is required when fitting the Kizlyar knife sheath into this sleeve. The elastic leg band and top press-stud strap of the original sheath must be removed before installation. The Kizlyar Knife Sheath requires two MOLLE columns for attachment.
