Vintage East German Wool Cold Weather Trousers

This original vintage 100% wool pants were used by the East & West German military from the late 1950's until the 1970's. 
They are very heavy-duty and hard-wearing.
The colour is a very interesting OD green/brown/grey blend. 

• 2 button closed cargo pockets,
• 2 slash hip pockets,
• Button closed rear pocket
• Button fly
• Waterproofing in the knees

There are loops/straps sewn horizontally in the waistband that allow the jacket to be attached with the pants. This feature makes it a load bearing suit.
