East West Trauma Shears by SORD

The SORD East West Trauma Shears provide a compact way to carry trauma shears in a horizontal configuration on MOLLE-equipped tactical and medical load-bearing equipment. Developed in response to requests from soldiers wanting to position their shears horizontally, the system combines a dedicated sheath with SORD's Wrap & Lock MOLLE attachment system. The arrangement keeps the shears close to the platform while providing rapid access when required.
The supplied trauma shears can be accessed and operated with one hand, making them practical for medical equipment setups where quick access is important. The sheath uses a combination of press stud, elastic and hook-and-loop retention to help keep the shears securely in place while still allowing them to be removed when needed.
