The light stick, also called a glow stick, is activated by bending and produces light without electrical energy!

The light sticks with Cyalume technology have a wide range of uses and are suitable for securing tent ropes, children's room lighting, underwater lighting, night hikes, trail marking, parties, fishing and much more.

They initially glow brightly for about half an hour, then continue to glow slightly dimmer for about another four hours. Minimum shelf life is three years, but they can function for many more years.

Small light sticks (3.9 cm) with Cyalume Technology illuminating with a bright light for approx. 30 mins. and then some dimmer for a further 4 hrs approx. Ideal for the marking of tent guys, route marking (also under water), personnel in bad weather, party goers and for fishing.
