Genuine Issue military ponchos. These GI ponchos are made with Rip-stop Nylon. Can also serves as a two-person shelter when two ponchos are joined together.

As with all US Army wet weather gear from this era these ponchos have a very distinctive smell of Isovaleric Acid (same smell as Parmesan Cheese). As these are Military surplus and are at least 40 years old the waterproofing will have come off and some of the extra waterproofing around the neck has turned to a white powder. These are sold for display or collection only.
